Current Platform Status

Aurvus is currently an investment research, data, analytics, and educational platform operated by Sparrow Hawk Partners LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Sparrow Hawk Partners LLC is not currently registered as an investment adviser with the SEC or any state securities regulator and is not a registered broker-dealer or member of FINRA or SIPC.

The current Aurvus platform does not provide brokerage services, custody, trade execution, order routing, discretionary management, or financial planning services.

No Advice or Fiduciary Relationship

All information, analysis, rankings, summaries, alerts, notifications, and outputs on Aurvus are for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes personalized investment advice, a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, or an offer to provide advisory services.

Using portfolio-aware features, watchlists, Aurvus, or any other feature does not create an advisory, brokerage, agency, or fiduciary relationship between you and Sparrow Hawk Partners LLC. You remain solely responsible for evaluating and acting on any information you see on the platform.

Aurvus and Automation

Aurvus uses AI systems and automated processing to generate responses, summaries, classifications, and other outputs through the Aurvus research agent. For portfolio-aware Aurvus outputs based on your account data, Aurvus uses OpenAI models.

Aurvus may also display, compare, or discuss outputs from other model providers in public or experimental features. Those references do not by themselves mean your private prompts, messages, or connected portfolio data are sent to those providers.

AI-generated content is provided AS IS for informational and educational purposes only and should be independently verified before you rely on it.

Portfolio Connectivity

Portfolio connectivity is currently provided through SnapTrade and related providers. When you connect a brokerage account, Aurvus currently receives read-only portfolio data to power research, analytics, and portfolio tracking features.

Aurvus cannot execute trades, transfer funds, or modify your brokerage account through these connectivity features. Aurvus does not receive your broker login credentials directly where SnapTrade handles that authentication flow.

Market Data and Third-Party Content

Market data, public filings, news, earnings information, dividend data, and other content displayed on Aurvus may come from third-party providers and public sources. Data may be delayed, stale, incomplete, or incorrect and should not be treated as an official record or a basis for time-sensitive trading decisions.

Stock screener results, comparisons, analytics, and goal projections are informational only and do not constitute endorsements, recommendations, or guarantees of future performance.

Alerts and notifications may be delayed, fail to trigger, or not be delivered. They do not create any duty for Aurvus to continuously monitor your portfolio or account.

Future Regulated Services

If Aurvus ever offers services involving trade execution, order routing, discretionary management, or personalized investment advice, those services would be offered under separate terms, disclosures, and account documentation and, if applicable, through a separate regulated entity, affiliate, or third-party provider. Until that happens, you should assume those services are not part of the current Aurvus platform.
